Her area of interest is Clinical profile and mutational analysis of MEN-1, Pituitary disorders, Clinical profile and genetics of young onset diabetes

She has three years of teaching experience as a faculty in the department of Endocrinology, and involved in training doctors from all over the country in diabetes under the World Diabetes Foundation and Distance education fellowship in diabetes programs, training of fellows in diabetes and specialist registrars in endocrinology.

She has been awarded 1st runner up in the 2009 Torrent Young Scholar Award-Endocrinology held at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, A.V. Gandhi Award for excellence in Endocrinology for the best thesis topic (clinical) received in March 2011 and British Endocrine Society, March 2012 – Poster prize for Excellent Clinical Research.
